By accessing or using paplis.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, including prospective investors, suppliers, and customers.

PAPLIS is currently at a pre-launch, capital-raise stage, building a sustainable packaging manufacturing platform for consumer packaging and speciality industrial paper bags. This Site is provided for informational purposes, to describe our business plan, product range, operating model, and funding round. Nothing on this Site constitutes a completed transaction, a signed customer agreement, or a finalized facility, machinery, or supplier arrangement unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related accounts.

PAPLIS's corporate structure is being finalized alongside our capital raise. Until then, these Terms should be read in good faith as general conditions of use rather than a jurisdiction-specific legal instrument.

We may update these Terms as PAPLIS's business, structure, or offerings evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
