Our Story

Real Operating Substance, Built From the Start

PAPLIS is built around complementary product engines, consumer packaging and speciality industrial paper bags, run on a shared conversion platform. We are not asking anyone to imagine a factory. We are asking investors and partners to back a team that has already run paper conversion at scale, and is now building a dedicated platform of its own.

Our plan is to reach an industrial scale of monthly conversion capacity, sourced through relationships with top paper mills and traders, stocked with a disciplined raw material buffer, and sold across a broad set of target sectors spanning industrial dry goods and everyday consumer packaging.

Industrial-Scale Capacity Monthly conversion capacity engineered for real fill-line volume, not pilot runs
A Disciplined Buffer Raw material stock planned to keep conversion running through normal supply swings
A Structured Credit Cycle Working capital planned around a customer receivables cycle, not immediate cash collection
Complementary Engines Consumer packaging and speciality industrial bags, built on a shared platform
Kraft paper cups, plates, and cutlery styled among greenery
Kraft, Not Plastic Paper-based materials planned across every product line
How We Operate

Source. Stock. Convert. Sell. Collect.

Several connected stages, planned as a continuous operating model rather than separate, disconnected jobs.

01 Source

Source

Raw material is sourced through relationships with top paper mills and traders, plus direct trading and customs clearance capability through Wodpap Impex, so supply is planned around real industry relationships rather than open market spot buying alone.

02 Stock

Stock

A disciplined raw material buffer is planned to keep conversion running through normal supply swings without stalling a fill line.

03 Convert

Convert

Consumer packaging and speciality industrial bags are planned to run on a shared conversion platform, targeting industrial-scale monthly output.

04 Sell

Sell

Finished goods are planned to move across a broad set of target sectors, from gypsum producers and building materials to coffee, retail, and e-commerce brands, so the platform is not dependent on a single category.

Working capital is planned around a structured customer credit cycle, funding receivables while customer relationships mature into repeat, fill-line volume.

Why PAPLIS

Advantages Built Before the First Machine Arrives

Manufacturing experience, sourcing relationships, and logistics capability that already exist inside the founding team.

Decades of Paper Conversion Experience

Our Managing Director led regional operations across Kuwait, Jeddah, Jebel Ali, Muscat, and Kallar Kahar, converting paper at serious industrial volume during peak operations.

Paper Sourcing Through Wodpap Impex

Direct trading relationships built over many years of paper trading experience in the UAE and GCC.

Logistics & Customs Capability

In-house customs clearance and brokerage, plus experience building large industrial warehouses in Jebel Ali and Jeddah.

Inventory Discipline

A planned raw material buffer, so conversion is not exposed to short-term supply gaps.

Working Capital Built Around the Credit Cycle

Funding is structured around a planned customer receivables cycle instead of assuming immediate cash collection.

Regional Scale Across GCC and South Asia

Operating experience spans Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, and Pakistan, with bags supplied to major cement companies across the GCC, the Indian subcontinent, and Africa.
